Description
Copper alloy sword. The upper half of the tang may have been cast on. It has two large rivet-holes. There are two rivet-holes in the butt and depressions for two more. A curved line running across the butt probably indicates the base of the hilt-plates. Ricasso present. The blade is a pointed oval in cross-section and has a low ridge parallel to the edges which have been drawn out from it.
