Copper alloy socketed axe; cast, decorated. Crescentic-shaped blade and body of oval cross-section and outward bevelled rim. Horizontal row of bosses near the base of the loop and a ridge at the top of the loop. On one side there are two bosses on the horizontal ridge at the base of the neck about the centre of the face. There is a further boss at the end of an inward extension of the base of the loop. The cutting edge is blunt. There are three haft ribs. That in the centre extends to near the top while its flankers converge and medge with it near the top.
