Part of a hoard.
Circumstances not known but the objects may have been found in a bog – Portion of sword blade; plain leaf-shaped spearhead; two socketed axes (1369, 1699); two disc-headed pins with straight stem; two disc-headed pins with bent stem (sunflower pin); two fragments of a small plain ring. – London, British Museum (1964,1206.1-9). – G.
